19th Century : Window fastener with bobbin ball lever and sprung ratchet lock. 

Option : Eight 3/4" No. 6 slotted countersunk colour-matched brass screws.

Height of plate 74mm. (2 15/16")
Width of plate 27mm. (1 1/16")
Width from outside plate edge to outside ball knob when open 75mm. (2 15/16")

RECIPROCATING PLATE:
Height 74mm. (2 15/16")
Width 22mm. (7/8")

Solid casing housing riveted steel spring. All hand made.

As the knob arm is moved, a sprung ratchet mechanism operates a small locking lever which nestles into the underside of the arm.
