Finial - Cup and Cover

19th Century : Cup and cup finial surmounted with flaming torch.

Height from underside of square base 70mm. (2 3/4") 
Max diam. of cover 32mm. (1 1/4"")
Base 20mm (3/4") x 20mm (3/4")

7 separate components held in position when square nut is tightened.

Heavy duty and weight. Original from a 19th Century Town Hall.

It is recommended that if selecting screw thread option, a pilot hole is drilled and pre-cut with a steel screw of slightly smaller size before screwing in the casting to avoid shearing.
