19th Century : Polished wood and brass mechanical maid bell lever. 

Diam. of flange 75mm. (2 15/16")

Centre of wooden rosette to furthest edge of wooden knob 93mm. (3 11/16")

There is a cable fixing screw on the internal drum to connect a bell cable.

Originals copied from an early period house in Northamptonshire. (One either side of the drawing room fireplace).
