19th Century : Split strap suitable for ring.

Width (top of strap) 3mm. (1/8")
Diam. of cone 8mm. (5/16")
Height 13mm. (1/2") + strap 19mm. (3/4")

Internal diam. of ring 5mm. (3/16")
Shaft at neck : 4mm (3/16") x 4mm (3/16")

If bending back, it is recommended that it is softened by annealing. (Heat to cherry red colour, and plunge into cold water).
